By placing an order with Natural Rootz, you agree to these terms.

Products

Our products are handmade in small batches. Color, scent intensity, and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch and from the product photos. This is normal for small-batch goods made without synthetic stabilizers.

Cosmetic products, not drugs

Our skincare products are cosmetics intended for external use. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Allergies and sensitivity

Our products contain beef tallow, beeswax, honey, and essential oils. Read the ingredient list before use. Patch test on a small area before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingestible products

Pricing and availability

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.

Accuracy

We work to keep product descriptions accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on this site is error-free. If you find something wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Natural Rootz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this site. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
