Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We make everything in small batches and we want you to be happy with it. If something isn't right, email us at structured64@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Unopened products

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.

Opened products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell opened skincare or ingestible products. If an opened item arrived damaged, defective, or is not as described, contact us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it. We do not accept returns on opened items for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, your choice.

Digital products and readings

Private I Ching readings are custom work prepared for you individually. Once a reading has been delivered, it is non-refundable. If you have not yet received your reading, you may cancel for a full refund any time before we deliver it.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
