Processing time
Orders are made and packed in small batches. Please allow [1–3] business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Rates and delivery
- Standard — [3–7] business days after shipping
- Express — [1–3] business days after shipping
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.
Hot weather
Tallow products are heat-sensitive. In summer months, products may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect the product — let it cool and resolidify, or place it in the refrigerator for an hour. Texture may change slightly; the product is still good. We are not able to refund for heat-related softening, but if a product arrives leaked or damaged, contact us.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft. If tracking shows a package as lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim and make it right.
Digital products
I Ching readings are delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. No shipping applies.
